As a certified inspector with the American Institute of Inspectors I have a vast amount of experience within the inspection profession. For the last six and half years I have been investigating property for Allstate Insurance Company's National Catastrophe Team. My previous career took me over the entire United States, including Alaska, inspecting damages caused by powerful mother nature. From this experience I was able to inspect many different building methods and materials. For example, I have been on on over four thousand different roofs during my six and half years with Allstate. From this experience I have gathered the knowledge to know when a roof has challenges of any aspect.
